Try removing the battery from the back of the phone by removing the back cover. There should be some kind of button or latch on the back of your phone to push to release the back cover. Remove the battery and that will shutdown your phone. Put the battery back in, close the back casing, and restart your phone and everything should function normally. If you can't figure out how to remove the back case, just let the phone's battery run down and you should be able to restart it then also.
