You have to pull on the back of the bracelet in the middle. You feel like you are going to break it but you won't. Pantheres are especially hard to open because you can't tell where the links go together. Try pulling on one side of the middle part then the other, one side is usually the weaker one then once that one opens, you can put your fingernail under the other side and pull it open.
