You should have plenty of USB ports on your motherboard. or your case. If you don't have any open USB ports you can get a USB to PS2 adapter. Like this. http://sewelldirect.com/USB-to-PS2-Adapter.asp
Or you can buy an external battericharger like the BC-65. It's not cheap either but you only need one item. Instead of the USB cable you can use an external USB card reader that can take XD cards.
You need an AC adapter; you would plug the player's USB cable into the player, then the other end into the AC adapter, then plug the adapter into the wall to let your player charge.
