Hi, As indicated by your model number the screen size is 27 inch, which is a common diagonal measurement. This TV has a standard aspect ratio of 4:3.

I own a One-for-All universal remote, and my booklet says the setup code for a Curtis Mathes TV (without a built-in DVD or VCR) is one of the following numbers: 0030, 0047, 0054, 0060, 0093, 0145, 0154, 0166, 0451, 0702. I can not guarantee these numbers will work with your remote, but it is worth a try.

I don't know this set in particular. Try pressing a channel number on the remote and see if it takes back to the tuner.

I would suspect that most A.C. cords could work for this TV. It should be soldered to the main board and not plug in. If you do replace it you need to make sure the polarization is done correctly or a shock hazzard could be present!
