How do I add a photo as caller ID from my gallery please

in the KX-TA624 phone system with KX-T7735 phones. (for dash four and five, and KX-TA824)
System Programming:

1. In System Program number 900, enable Caller ID for the lines you have Caller ID on. (To get into system programming, press Program * # 1234.)
2. In System Program number 901, select your own area code and any other area codes that don't have to be dialed when making a call. The area code digits are removed from Caller ID log information so you can return a call without dialing unnecessary digits which would mess up the call.
3. In System Program number 902, if necessary, indicate the number of digits to be removed, and a particular digit (usually 1) that might have to be added, when returning a local phone call. The default programming is to remove the first three digits, and add nothing; which is correct for most locations.
4. In System Program 903, if necessary, indicate the number of digits to be removed, and up to 4 digits that might have to be added, when returning a long distance phone call. The default programming is to not remove any digits, and add a 1; which is correct for most locations.
5. In System Program number 909, enable Call Log Assignment for each phone where you want to log Caller ID information. You can use * to indicate you want logging at all phones.
6. Get out of system programming. (Press Hold or End, then Program.)

Phone Programming:

1. Program a button for Caller ID Indication on each phone where you want to log Caller ID information. Press Program, then the button you want to use for Caller ID Indication (we recommend the top button in the left column), then 96, then Store, then Hold, then Program. (If you want a phone to record Caller ID information individually, rather than for the whole system, use 6 instead of 96.)
2. At each phone where you want to log all calls, press intercom, then 7382#.

User Tips:

• The Caller ID Indication button will light up only when the system has logged UN-answered calls.
• Use the Navigator Key at the lower right corner of the phone to scroll through Caller ID information.
• You can erase the entire Caller ID log by pressing Intercom, then 70**#
• You can erase an individual Caller ID record by pressing Transfer while the information is displayed.
• If your phone does not have a Navigator Key, you can program an available button for Caller ID Selection. Press Program, then the button you want to use for Caller ID Selection, then 97, then Store, then Hold, then Program. (If you want a phone to record Caller ID information individually, rather than for the whole system, use 7 instead of 97.)
• To call a number displayed on the Caller ID log, pick up the handset or press the speakerphone button, and press the Caller ID Indication button.

Plug your USB Memory Stick into your computer and go to My Computer to open it and locate your photos. Open your internet browser and go to your Squearspace site and log in. If you're using a Gallery Page, you may go to your Pages panel, click on your Gallery Page and drag your photos from your Memory Stick to the browser window to upload them. Caller ID on landline phones relies on signals from the telephone service provider. Some companies charge extra if you wish to enable the service, others include it automatically, so you need to check with them first.

Even if you have caller ID enabled, callers can choose to withhold their number. Large companies which make lots of outgoing calls (especially cold callers) often have their service set to automatically withhold their number. In many countries, all other callers can choose to do so by prefixing all dialled numbers with a short code, e.g. in the UK it's 141. Mobile phone callers can usually alter a setting on their handset so that caller ID is withheld when making outgoing calls.

To set Caller ID you need to save the persons name and number within the PHONE MEMORY, once saved then go to 'My Photos' and select appropriate photo and select 'Options' then '5.Set As/Caller ID' then search for relative number on the PHONE MEMORY once found confirm it by pressing left soft key which will save picture to number.

how to put the photos from caller in this phone

normally when you go to your photos there should be a button saying set as go on that then go on caller id

The unisyn system needs an add on caller id module, If your system does not have that it cannot pass caller id info.

i found my manual now thanks

you need to add the contacts to your phone memory not the simcard then when you add a photo to the contact they pic will show up when making or receiving a call from said person/s.
