I need a replacement charger for my digital camera Stylus 780/u 780 Where can I order one?

Consider NOT connecting your camera to your computer.


The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.


Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use iPhoto or any other photo cataloging program.

Look at the battery near the contacts there is a little rectangle. If it's white then make sure all contacts are very clean. You can clean them with a q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol. Clean all contacts, charger, battery and battery compartment on camera. If it's pink, you need a new battery.It has gotten moisture inside. Not your fault, this can happen from something as simple as jogging with it in your shirt pocket, yes it's true.

you can't. you need a charger since this camera doesn't charge via USB when connected to PC. If you need to buy one, i hope this link helps..

I contacted the AGFA corporation and was informed that from windows XP and above the AGFA ePhoto 780 digital camera and software is not compatible. So my answer is NO, it will not work with windows vista. :(

remove the batteries and reinsert them after a while to reset the unit.it will start in the normal mode .

In order to charge the battery for the camera you need to use the supplied charger that came with the camera. The camera is not going to charge when connected to the USB port of the computer. Camera was not designed to be charged that way.

what do you mean not functioning? Could you elaborate more, pls. I have this camera too, and thru extensive research and usage I might be able to help you using my own experience.
