If you want the full version there is a link here :

Either of these will run on Windows 7.

maybe your PC doesn't Have Microsoft Visual C++ ...
Download the latest from Microsoft website... if the problem still exists you may also download Latest "Microsoft .net ". I think this will help enough.. Good Wishes.....

What is the .net framework?

When a program is written is one of the visual programming languages (ie Visual Basic .net etc) it relies on a series of libraries etc. to provide the structure for it. The .net framework is a microsoft item that is required for all visual basic programs. It had a different name in the old VB6 (basically just a dll file that was usually installed by the program without you knowing) but for the layperson it's all the same.

Windows 7 and Vista generally have the framework pre-installed.
