Need a parts brake down diagram for a franke saphira coffee machine!!!

The machine has two pumps - one for each boiler. Did the Franke man check both pumps were working. If the main boiler pump has failed, the machine will know that the rinse hasn't occurred and won't go any further.

How long have you owned the unit? That is very possible that or the control/button for it is bad.

The Franke Saphira is the same machine as the Jura X7.
