only youe,r network supplier will give you the puk code if you have lost it some mobile networks supply all the codes when you first have the phone or if youve got a new sim again this will be with the pack if u cant find or remember the code contact youre network online input the required details and then u will get it if u think the phone as been reported as lost or stolen u will not be able to get the puk for the sim and dnt try and get it coz the network will block it
itsc hance if ud ask me coz..."network busy" message appears only when there is a problem with your network..there is nothing wrong with ur phone..it wud work perfectly fine..try inserting the sim card and refreshing it..if this problem prolongs..ten try caling ur network provider...coz they r the problem and not ur phone..All the best
