Under MS Windows XP, click the dropdown menu & choose,
Audio Driver Realtek Ver. 5.10.0.5273
A download window will open, click to Save. Creat a folder on you're desktop & name it sound driver. Save the download file into the folder.
If you prefer the MS Windows Vista, do the same as mentioned above.
The downloaded file will be compressed in a .zip format. Use WinZip to uncompress the files into the folder you created.

It is suggest that you check Add/remove programs & unstall any previous sound drivers before installing Acer's driver software. If you sound still does not function, please run windows update service. Code 10 can mean many different things, including you're system may contain a virus.
