Print Head failure. The print head is what has the copier LASER inside of it. Check the connection between the print head and Master board. Replace the print head fist then board, if you can find either one. The Di250F is a legacy Minolta machine now konicaminolta.

C1300 indicates a laser mirror motor failure. Given the age of the machine this is going to be expensive to repair as parts are becoming harder to find. The part that has failed is your machine is a spinning mirror that the laser bouces off of and is responsible for "writing" the image onto the drum. The motors freeze up over time and when the motor does not rotate at all or at the proper speed the C1300 code is generated. I would estimate you are looking at something in the area of $400 to $500 to repair the machine. It may be time to look at a replacement machine. Sorry for the bad news. The motor in side the print head error the print head houses a motor which scans the LASER across the drum, can't get just a motor you get the entire print head try this site if they still have them you have a legacy Minolta machine now Konica Minolta. Open close the front door to reset.
