I just bought my turntable about a month ago and everyonce in a while in the middle of songs it starts to slow down and drag?? the sliders r set normal it feels like the motor may b burning out or its not getting enough power. It doesnt happen all the time but at least once or twice on every record i play. Any solutions or has this been an ongoing problem?

To activate the shuffle feature:
1. Go into the Settings > Play Mode > Rand Folder.
2. Go back to the menu.
3. Turn off your player, (with the slider on the side, not the middle button.)
4. Turn it back on, and hold down the middle button. The screen will turn off.
5. Hold the middle button down again, and shuffle should work.

Turntable round cables need to be plugged into a "phono" input. Check behind your receiver....

Hi, at the left side of the tonearm base you will find a grommet or hole. Insert flat blade screwdriver and adjust to set correct start stop position. Cheers John.

Check the +10 / -10 slider too make sure it's not set to -10; adjust it towards +10 to the pitch / tone desired. Check the belt to make sure it is not loose. A loose belt will slip and turn the record slower than the recommended 33 or 45 RPM. Have a look at the YouTube video for correct set up if you're still having problems.

I have the same exact problem with one of my 1210 MK2 turntables. It seems like the motor is too slow now. When I hit the start button or release the record, it takes much longer to speed up to the normal speed than my other same exact turntable. I don't think it has anything to do with the pitch slider. Please let me know if you find out what the problem is thanks!

The tonearm lift is no longer level as it should be and the arm is sliding along it under gravity as the arm lowers to the record. Has it received a knock?

Have a close look to see whether it has been tilted slightly. That would be enough to give the problem.

It droped once (it wasnt a serious drop) a month ago. After that drop it worked well. Problem occured after last sync a week ago.

I removed the turntable belt and reinstalled it. Now, the 33rpm albums turn at the speed they should. Thanks

It sounds like the pitch slider needs to be replaced...
