Here's some steps I found to get your Boost Moto I1 back up and running in a hurry:

To reset through software:

• Press the App tab on the home screen
• Tap Settings
• Tap SD Card & Phone Storage
• Tap Master Clear
• Tap Reset Phone

To reset through Hardware:

• Power the phone all the way off (remove battery if necessary)
• Press and hold Volume Up, Volume Down, (Green) Send Key, and the OK key.
• Press and hold the Power/End Call key.
• Release all keys after a few seconds.
• If performed correctly, the Motorola emblem will appear, with an image of an arrow pointing to a phone icon.
• The phone will restart multiple times, eventually returning to the initial setup screen.

If the phone still isn't working after the hardware reset, perform the steps in the software reset to complete the wipe in full.

There is no IMEI with Boost or Sprint or Verizon...they use an MEID and ESN.
These can be found printed on the phone behind the battery of the device and on the side of the box.
