When printing photos, the colors seems off. My yellows turn pinkish, blues turn purple, yellows turn white, greens turn blue and no sign of black except for stripes, what could it be..?

what colors are landed where on the tstat? and does the tstat wire that goes BOTH inside and outside have the same colors. also why are you in this situation, has everything been unhooked?
