I am attempting to install an after market stereo in my 1997 Lincoln TC. The wiring diagrams I am finding online are not matching the wires (in the dash) from my market stereo? There are two black wires, both different gauges...etc. I am confused, help please?

It can be faulty radio amp or radio control fuse is blown out.Check voltage at radio wires.You should get 12 volts.

go to Walmart or Radio Shack and pick up a installer kit for your car and year and then all you have to do is plug it in the old plug in your dash and plug it in the new system and you ready to go Michigan Man.
