Wrong paper size on incoming fax on a Canon Super G3. I want to delete it from memory & stop it! We changed papersize and it keeps coming in. Want to delete. Please help!

Either the paper size in the fax machine is wrong or there is not enough paper left to print the fax. Add paler and the machine will print the faxes held in memory.

On the controll panel there is a diamond shape picture with a eye in it.press that bottom and clear the fax that you received.There is no other way.You will have to phone the sender and ask them to change the papersize settings on the fax machine.

Did u check that there is ink in it or not

my fax give the message "check paper size" I' clean the all sensors' end nothing 

Open cover, remove toner, close cover.... not sure why this happens, but this is the only way that we have found to get around the error. After doing this 3-4 times, it seems to reset itself and work just fine.

Sometimes turning it off and on again fixes it. However, we started having a problem where it would print out one page after you powered it back on again and then give the "incorrect paper size" message. I've found that by either holding down the green button or repeatedly pressing it while it powers back on (and held until the first page prints) fixes the problem.

Change the cofiguration of the size in your fax machine see if accepts them then
