I have a Samsung vp-w90 camcorder, whenever I on it there is pictures but no sound. Is there a volume button ? helpppp.........

The iris is stuck in the closed position. This could be released by a simple tap to the side, but be careful. If a slight tap does not release it, then the camera will need to be disassembled and the iris cleaned and re-assembled.

Take it back to the repairer. A connector may have come unplugged when it was re-assembled.

You can download it here:- http://www.nodevice.com/user_manual/samsung/camcorders/vp-d101.html .You will see the correct download button just below the label 'Download Samsung VP-D101 User manual' which is over halfway down the page. You will need to enter the code number shown a bit smudged in the picture, then wait for about 30 sec countdown and click 'try again' if nothing happens after a few moments. It will take a minute or so to download the manual as a PDF file which you can then save on your PC.

Hi i have a vp-d31 800x the view finder is just plan grey & is not displaying a picture through either screen it records the sound but no picture ?

if you put a old tape in that has sound in it and it does not playback sound then your internal speaker is bad. easy fix and not to much.
