Put in disc says reading then says open tray as though nothing was there.
Souns like you need a laser replacement.
Select the open tray and open it then close it. If tht doesn't work then pay for xbox repair, sorry, I'm having 360 problems, too. I'm just trying to help other people to improve karma, lol.

check if you CD is break in the center. If it break, go in a EBGAME and told them your problem.

Most likely your disk or dvd drive is dirty. Run the disk through a disk cleaner and run a dvd cleaning disk through your drive.
If that dos not work, try removeing disk, close drive, turn off console, unplug power supply, wait 10 or 20 seconds, then reconnect power supply and try again.
If that fails, assumeing other disks will read, your disk may have a major flaw. You can check with your local game store, they often have a machine that may restore your disk, (most places that I know of charge like 1 or 2 $).
