SOURCE: I am trying to pair

Please follow the proper instructions given below to successfully pair your Nokia E63 with the Nokia BH-213 Bluetooth Headset.

1.Ensure that your phone is ON and headset is OFF.
2.Press and hold the multifunction key (for about 5 seconds) until the green indicator light starts to flash quickly.
3.Activate the Bluetooth feature on your phone, and set it to search for Bluetooth devices.
4.Select the headset from the list of found devices.
5.Enter the passcode 0000 to pair and connect the headset to your phone. In some phones, you may need to make the connection separately after pairing.
6.When the headset is connected to your phone and is ready for use,the green indicator light flashes slowly.

However if you are having problem with the Bluetooth connectivity of your phone the most probable cause may be a malware attack. It can be solved by cleaning your phone memory by entering *#7370# on your phone and restoring the default settings when prompted.Make sure you back up your contacts to the memory card or copy it to the SIM directory.

Hope you are satisfied with my solution. Thanks for choosing Fixya.

Bluetooth device Plantronics not pair with my e63 Nokia mobile. what I have to do to solve this problem. thanks

Make sure there are no other bluetooth devices interfering with the pairing process and remove the Plantronics headset from the phone, if it's showing up. If possible, remove and re-attach the battery of the phone. Power off the headset. Try pairing the headset to the phone again.

Good luck from Headsets Direct!

try pairing the phones with a hands free device, if they pair and work, the problem is the gps, also remember that most phones can only pair with one bluetooth device at a time , so if you pair to the gps then pair to a handsfree device, the gps connection will be lost .
