Sony KV-20FS120 I had this TV for about a year and a half and one day when I was watching it the picture suddenly developed a deep red hue and it seems to pulse. I have tried unplugging and resetting the TV and nothing seems to work. The standby light does not indicate any problem and the TV is fully functional. You can still see the picture and on certain colors it is barely noticable, however most of the time the picture will pulse and have a deep red saturation. Any help?

intermittent problems can usuall be liked to bad solder connections. And sony typically has some that will develop after a few years in the power supply. so check for bad sodler connections throught the main board & give a close look to the power supply & check you work after to make sure you have no shorted pins.
the picture tube on your TV set is exausted. Please contact your nearest Authorized Sony Service for further help/advice.
After all, Sony is a good choice. The next TV set you buy could be one of Sony-s Bravia LCD.
