My samsung corby s3653 has a msg storage capacity of 500 sms...bt after 20 sms in inbox it is showing that inbox is full...can u suggest me what to do..?

Well the sms capacity for the whole message folder (including the inbox, drafts, my folder, sent folder and mms) is 500 and not just for the inbox. Capacity for just the inbox is 200 that is why after that it show the inbox full sign. I am also a samsung star user and also not satisfied with such a small inbox capacity.

sometimes you can see that messages come in 2pages or 3 pages they are not considered as one but like 2 or 3 messages...thats why you are getting those messages....
Even though message memory is meant to be 500, it is distributed among inbox,sent items and saved messages. So the entire 500 capacity is not used by inbox
I am also facing this problem bu ti think that they r rite because it say ***/500 i think it tells the parts of messages it means that Samsung Corby can handle 500 parts of messages.

Cannot expand capacity, but you must delete your SENT messages. They are taking up the room and leaving you with only a small amount of space for your inbox. Check your outbox and sent msgs and delete them.
