Can't figure out how to put the hood portions of the stroller back on. Do you have pictures showing how and where it snaps together?

I would do research about the stroller with carseat custom car seats and strollers are on recall and be very careful what you're putting your child in and look up research about the company if this keeps up I would recommend you buy a better stroller and carseat

where can I buy replacement black triangular clips that attach the car set onto the buggy ?

There are 2 red buttons on the bottom back on the seat. Push them together really hard until they lock in place. Pull up on the whole seat...really hard. The whole seat comes off. Then turn it around and snap it to the other knobs

I just turned my seat and was confused by this too. I figured out that the plastic axis points have small buttons that you push in to remove the front half of the hood (be sure to unzip it). You then reverse the hood. you have to forcibly twist the plastic slats, that attach the hood to the axis points, around to the other side. It makes alot of clicking noices and is hard to turn but they do turn. Then you simply slide the slats back into place and zip the hood back together.

you could try making a small cut in the fabric where it snapped and see if you can tape it and then sew it back up or see if a local seamstress could try

disconnect the belts and snaps, it takes a little time to figure out how everything disconnects but it all comes off and you can wash it

OH SNAP!! I just went back and figured it out. So provided your Bell Jogger Stroller is like mine, here's what you do: look for the black plastic clips on the sides of the frame. As you face the stroller head-on, these clips should be on either side of the passenger area. The clips have semi-circular grips. Pull up on these to release the clips. This should allow the push handle to fold down toward the floor. Then make sure the snaps holding the cargo pocket below are UNsnapped, allowing the stroller to completely fold in half. To set it back up again, reverse the process although I would re-snap the snaps last of all.
