I have problem in my pdal the windows does not run it starts with logo and does not pass that logo of the blue background i tried to press the reset button and i tried to format the device by clicking ( camera + answer button power ) but nothing works i need help as early as possible

When computer freeze press tab button, and see if there is any reaction/ if yes there should be some information what is wrong. Disconnect hard drive and check if computer pass the blue screen with logo. I think that it will be hard drive. If there is any chance try to turn on pc from cd bootable linux, with disconnected hard drive

If you're still able to access your start menu:
Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore

Select "Restore my computer to an earlier time" and click next

Choose an available restore point, one of a time before the incident occurred. Then click next.

I'm not sure how long this will take but it will notify you of a successful restore.

Sounds like a software error. When the screen has been blaxk for a minute or two try hitting control+alt+del and use the task manager to start the process explorer.exe if so then there is a registry or windows error and needs to be repaired.

Restart your computer.
Repeatedly press F8, until you see the Windows "start-up" menu (white text over a black background).

Choose "start in Safe Mode".
Start the "System Restore" tool.
Pick a "checkpoint" on which date/time that your computer was working properly.
Restore your computer to that date/time.

By hard reset you can solve this problem.
for hard reset just remove battery and put it back press and hold cam and call button then press power key.

Basically some causes of blue screen is the RAM check the RAM remove first maybe it is clogged by the dust. Remove the dust of the memory stick and insert it back to you computer. Usually of you have this problem again you need a recovery disk. Load a windows CD to your CD drive you need to boot and repair the windows.

indicates the video card has failed and need to be replaced.

press camera button + call button( green one) + power button  at a time for 15 -20 secs .the cell wll get formated as u should have problem in system file or normally u can try clear memory from program in menu of pdal.

ok give it a Hard reset by pressing the CAM+Green Call key+power+ SOFT RESET...
and the mob will hard reset !!
