For the HP iPAQ rx3115 and rx3715 models, hold down the Mobile Media button (on the far left) and the iTask button. Then press down the reset button with the styles for a few seconds until the screen goes dark.To turn on your HP iPAQ after your hard reset, either press the reset button again, or plug it into an AC power source.

Some websites (ie. att.yahoo.com) are "no longer supporting" the version of internet explorer on my ipaq rx3115 (with windows 2003). How can i upgrade the explorer browser to be able to go to sites again?

My ipaq hp pda Rx3115 does not have the right time as my clock does how do i change the time?

Start Menu
--> Settings
--> System
--> "clock & alarms"

There you go. You can even set an alarm. :)

Is the Ipaq RX3115 compatible with Windows Vista?

Yes, but you will need to download Windows Mobile Device Center - free from Microsoft,
which replaces ActiveSync
ActiveSync is not compatible with Vista

I had a similar experience. My device would not charge via the usb charger so I connected it to my wall charger and it charged successfully.

IPAQ RX3115 Crash

I contacted HP on-line chat and after doing a few tests they advised me to exchange it for another one with the dealer. My second one is working great. I think it might be a Li-Poly battery issue as I deal with similar issues in my business using them.

Rx3115 locking up

To execute a hard boot on the iPAQ rx3115, the manual says to "while pressing the two outside buttons on front of iPAQ, press the recessed reset button on bottom." Hope it Helps... Wirzan
