The next sections will show you how to set up MMS messaging as well
as an internet connection if you are paying for T-Mobile?s internet access
services. One note about internet services, as a T-Mobileweb customer
you can get full access to anywhere on the internet if you install & use a Java based web
browser such as Opera Mini instead of the internal browser of the phone, and as of
this writing you don?t need to be on their much more expensive internet plan, the simple $5.99
T-MobileWeb plan will work! You can get Opera Mini here => MASTER Download List
Our next step will be to set up the data connections you will need to use. If you are not going to
use the internet or will only be accessing T-Mobile?s T-Zones, then you only need to set up the
first data account service we will name T-Mo MMS, otherwise if you want to access the full
experience of the internet, please set up both data account service connections outlined in the
next section.
Don?t worry if at any time you exit from one of the menus and find yourself back at the slidelock
screen, simply just slide unlock the phone and continue from where you last left off!

Internet Access:
If all you want to use for internet surfing is the phone?s built-in browser, and you have set up
the data account service for the internet in the earlier setup, then you are ready to surf the
internet by simply tapping on Service from the main menu. Then tapping on WAP and using
the various options to navigate the internet like Homepage, Input address, etc. However, this
won?t provide as robust an internet experience as a Java based internet program such as Opera
Mini 3.1 or 4.1, or another java based internet browser. If you do decide to install a Java
program for browsing the internet, there is one more setting which must be changed prior to
using the Java internet browser.
Java Internet Settings:
1.) From the main menu tap on the Java icon.
2.) Tap Java settings from the Java menu.
3.) Scroll down and tap the area just below Java SIM1 (SIM2) profile,
which ever SIM you are currently setting up.
4.) Use the arrows to scroll the setting until T-Zones appears in the
box.
5.) Tap the OK button at the bottom of the screen.
Now you should be completely set up for SMS, MMS, as well for
internet on the T-Mobile network if you have a T-Mobile internet
plan!
