TV audio through Digital line #1 will do to silent after a while

you have to go to settings., and from there, profiles section to change the mode silent to general model.

Hello Gil, it is strange that one line would work and the other two have one way audio. Unless those calls are taking a different path somehow. Please let me know the CME version and platform how the calls come in. Is it inbound or outbound calls?

What exactly do you mean by goes silent? Does the screen turn off but you can still hear the audio? Please provide this info so that I can help you with your problem.

connect the optical line from the DTV box to the audio system directly.

have you used the picture-in-picture function and swapped the sound by anychance? from main to sub?

try going to Menu->Settings->Sound. Go to Audio Output and try switching between Analog Line Out and SPDIF. I too had this problem and it scared me. But after playing around with the settings, I found this solution. All the best

your problem is in sound section only. 1 signal line for sound coming from vif section 2 supply to audio section. 3 component fail in audio output section. 4 loose contact in audio section 5 speakr & its connecting wire.
