First, I should ask where you buy your toner and what quality is it. If it's not a genuine Konica Minolta toner you will run into more problems.
Your first check, print using about 5 copies of card, if the prints on the cards shows shadowy image or you find shadow repetition of the prints, that's a confirmation of a bad toner quality.
The PCU is the drum unit. There is one for each colour (C,M,Y & K). Each PCU has a 'life' and the machine will ask you to replace it when it has reached the end of its expected life. The PCU life has nothing to do with the amount of toner that you have in the cartridges and they need to be changed independantly.
just fill up all the catridge bcoz in colour printer anyone of them is not fill up the printout not coming properly , after filling the catridge just check
Make sure the tape covering the hole on the bottom of the black cartridge is removed. and then go into the printers folder and right click on your printer icon and go into the properties of that printer and there should be something in there to tell it that you changed cartridges and you can also print a test page as well.
Most likely a toner spill down the back side of the carousel. Remove all the toner and dev unit and vac out any spillage from within the printer. DO NOT VAC THE DEV OR TONER UNITS.
Replace all the units and print about 200 full colour pictures (preferably a test chart - Gretag McBeth or similar) at full size (A4). See if the colour then begins to return to normal. If not, you will probably have to replace the dev units too.
This has been just happening with me aswell - I just changed the colour cartridge with the black cartridge ran out but i kept it in as it told me to place one in. Trying to print out but black ink wont come - just blank pages - surely the colour cartridge can make black? However, if you have the colour cartridge and are on microsoft word or similar, change the colour of the writing to dark navy and it will print out documents.
I had the exact problem with the paper stopping at the same point in the printer. The fault was not the paper feed but the fact that the drum stopped at this point due to a loose toner cartridge. I rotated the cartridge using the menu for relpacing it and removed the cartridge and then re-fitted making sure it was fully seated in the printer. It now works fine. I would check each of the toners again.
