Please check your menu key and see if it is stuck. For your phone to boot into safe mode, the menu key needs to be held at power on, so if after turning it off and doing a factory reset you are still in safe mode, then your menu key stuck. I have heard of the g1 having issues with the menu key getting stuck and a replacement is needed. How old is your phone? Are you still under warranty with tmobile? Let me know if you have any other questions.

The menu button may be stuck. Try clicking it a few times. Also try taking the battery out once it is off. Use the on screen restart instead of just holding down the power button.

Android stuck in boot mode

If your Samsung Galaxy S02 is stuck in boot mode, there are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Restart the device: Try restarting the device by holding the power button for a few seconds and selecting "Restart." This may resolve the issue if the device was simply stuck in boot mode due to a temporary glitch.
  2. Boot into Safe Mode: If restarting the device does not resolve the issue, try booting into Safe Mode. To do this, turn off the device and then press and hold the power button until the Samsung logo appears. Then, release the power button and immediately press and hold the volume down button until the device finishes restarting. If the device boots into Safe Mode successfully, it may indicate that a third-party app is causing the problem.
  3. Wipe the cache partition: Another option is to try wiping the cache partition. To do this, turn off the device and then press and hold the power button, volume up button, and home button until the Android system recovery screen appears. Use the volume buttons to navigate to "Wipe cache partition" and then press the power button to select it. Wait for the process to complete and then reboot the device.
  4. Factory reset the device: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you may need to factory reset the device. This will erase all of your data, so be sure to back up any important files before proceeding. To factory reset the device, follow the steps above to boot into Android system recovery and then select "Factory reset" and follow the prompts to complete the process.
If you have tried these steps and the device is still stuck in boot mode, it may be necessary to seek professional help or contact Samsung customer support for further assistance.

Getting your bluetooth stereo headphones to work with the MyTouch 4g

In order to get your headphones to work with the Mytouch- install Doubletwist (a free android multimedia player) first. After that, reboot the phone. Once that's done, pair the headphones with the media profile first. Try a song- see if it plays. If it does, enable the phone profile- you've successfully paired your bluetooth stereo headphones with the HTC MyTouch 4g.

(This was discovered after actually trying the normal way, then going to the T-Mobile store to see if it was a faulty phone- this is how we got it to work)

Huawei y5p not responding

Here are some ways to fix such an issue:
Reboot your phone
This is the most common method to fix an unresponsive touch screen issue of your Huawei Y5p. Yes, rebooting your phone clears all processes running in the background and makes its memory free.
This process also makes the apps run smoothly. So, try rebooting your phone. This should fix your problem.
Not solved yet? No worries. You can try few more methods which we have mentioned below:
Boot into safe mode
Safe mode lets your Huawei Y5p boot to its original condition when your mobile was first switched on. Safe mode disables all third-party applications on your Android phone for a temporary basis.
You can get back to the original condition of your phone by just rebooting your device. Want to boot your Huawei Y5p into safe mode? Here's what you have to do:
Press and hold the Power Button > Menu will pop up > Press and hold the Power off symbol for 3 to 4 seconds > You'll see, "Reboot to safe mode" notification > Press Ok.
That's it. Now you are in safe mode. Check whether your touch screen works properly in safe mode or not.
If it's working well then you have a problem with some select third-party apps which you have recently installed on your phone. We suggest you uninstall those applications & reinstall them.
Factory Reset [ How to fix Huawei Y5p unresponsive touch screen isssue ]
You might have used this method previously for fixing some other issues related to your phone. With this method, all the data in your Huawei Y5p will be erased and your phone will be like a newly purchased device (PS: Just don't expect the same performance).
By Factory resetting your phone, all the data stored by third-party apps, and sometimes the setting of the device which was changed by such apps will be restored to default.
Before applying this method, remember that all data in your device will be permanently cleared. So back up your important files.
To factory reset your Huawei Y5p:
Open Settings > System > Advanced > Reset Options > Erase all data (factory reset) > Click on "Reset Phone."
In addition to this, you may be asked to enter your password at the end of this process & that's it. After performing a factory reset your phone's touch screen should have to work properly.

Why does my nextbook keep asking me if I want to put it in safe mode?

The device went into safe mode because the app that you downloaded was not a safe application. The device does this so that the application cannot cause more problems to your device. Even though the app was downloaded from the app store it was not deemed safe by your device. Here are some tips that will help you to get your device out of safe mode: -Ensure that if you have a case on your device that you take it off being that the case may be holding the volume button causing you to boot into safe mode -Try turning the device off then back on to get out of safe mode -Power off your device, then reboot by holding the power button + volume up key, then in the boot menu select reboot device -This is sometimes caused by the users accidentally tapping safe mode when cutting the device on so simply restart your device Most users have success by simply restarting the device in order to be able to get out of safe mode. Do your best to restart or reboot your device before you have to perform a hard reset to get the app off of your device to no longer go into safe mode In order to hard reset -Power off device -Hold down volume up + power -Release at the boot menu -Use the volume keys to highlight factory reset -Press the power button to select factory reset -After this the device will begin to reset itself -After it resets itself use the volume keys to highlight reboot device -press the power button to have your device rebooted in its factory settings

I forgot the password to my htc mytouch 4g phone

The only thing you can do is reset the phone to factory specs, unfortunately, you'll lose your data if not already backed up. Follow this procedure:

What does a Hard Reset do and how is it performed?

A hard reset removes all information from your device and returns it to a state just like it has never been used before. All contacts, messages, emails, 3rd party applications, etc. will need to be reinstalled after performing a hard reset. To perform a hard reset, from the Home screen tap Menu > Settings > SD & phone storage > Factory data reset. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete. This process will take 5-10 minutes

My mytouch 3g phone is locked and all i had to do was put my google account and password and i made mistakes and had to many attempts now i cant sing on or log on my phone at all

A Hard Reset restores the original factory settings and will erase all downloaded content, including ringtones, contacts stored in the handset memory, etc. It does not erase data stored on the SIM card or memory card (if available). Back up all necessary data on the device memory before proceeding.

How to Hard Reset the T-Mobile myTouch 3G

1. Power the device OFF.

Note: If the device is unresponsive and does not turn off, remove the battery and then re-insert it.

2. Press and hold the Home key and the red End key for 30 seconds. Do not release the keys if the Startup screen appears. 3. When the screen displays a warning sign, release the keys.

4. Press the Home key and the Power key again.

5. When the Android system recovery utility appears, use the trackball to scroll to and select Wipe data/factory reset.
6. When the reset is complete, select reboot system now
