Probably not, however it depends on few things. By default, that particular PC did not come with wireless capability. If you customer ordered it from HP, then you might have added it as an option. If you purchased it from a store (Best Buy, Walmart, etc) it probably didn't. You can certainly purchase an external USB wireless card from any electronic store. You also have the option of buying an internal wireless card if the available PCI slot isn't used.
Generally the small HP Pavilion s7310n did not come with built in wireless.
There are options for installing wireless functionality though.
You can
1. get a half height Internal WIreless PCI Card and install it into the PC
2. get an external USB Wireless device and install that.
Once installed, you'll have the ability to run wireless assuming you have an existing wireless network available at your location to connect to.
Hope this sheds some light!
Not built in, but you can pick up a USB adapter such as this one for cheap: http://www.walmart.com/ip/CNet-CQU-906-Wireless-N-PicoUSB-Dongle/15571889?sourceid=1500000000000003142050&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=15571889
