I have a family mobile plan (T-Mobile) and I had ATT so unlocked my LG NEON now cannot recieve pic messages why not and what do i do?

To unlock a phone that old the only way would be to call the carrier. For certain phones its free on T mobile, but I dont know about att

You may not have picture messaging on your account. Check which features are included on your plan. If picture messaging is included, make sure nobody else on your account has blocked this feature.

I had the same problem, so i went down to ATT and told them about it and they got on my phone and put everything back to how it was!! I couldn't recieve mms messages and some music files!! You might have changed some kind of setting that you don't remember and thats why it's happening!! Thats what i did!! just take it in, they will fix it for free in like 5 minutes!!

youll need to contact att and give them the imei and theyll give you the unlock code... imei is under the battery.

ya you can call at&t and thay will give u a code to do a master rest that u tipe as a number

your phone has not been "provisioned" for those capabilities. The unlock that allows you to use a T-mobile Sim only removes the Network Lock. You still have to go into your browser settings and enter the information for Homepage, APN, IP adress and username and password if necessary. Google provisioning the LG VU for T-Mobile. Please contact your service provider about it. They will have to open your GPRS settings in order for you to recieve/send pics and vids.

this is what you do:
you have to call at&t and tell them what you are doing they will give you a code for the fone, but you will not be able to send pictures, email, recieve pics or anything..well that is if the sidekick is compatible with the sim card, because on the box it says it is not..GOOD LUCK!!
