Ups problem ups can't be backup minimum 15min after power off ,what do i do?

Check the spark plugs for oil contamination. The PCV valve will pick up oil and send it into the intake manifold then fouling the plugs

I suspect fuel flow issues. suspect items are filters and strainers. To test easily, hook up an external fuel supply and run the unit...

Does this happen when using a specific feature? If not, you can try to unplug the device directly from the power cord. Wait 15min and plug all back in and turn the device on.

If the issue happens when scanning then you might want to try scan reducing the resolution to the minimum to check the behaviour.

Check the fuse. Check the input voltage. Since it's AVR, it keeps discharging if the input voltage is below the minimum

Sounds like a hibernation problem.
Unplug AC, remove battery. Wait 15min. Might work.
Some Laptops have a backup clock battery that also maintain the hibernation function.
ALSO, maybe remove the memory.
Hibernation function is all cracked up to be.
my opinion, has never worked right for me anyways.

The battery lifetime is getting over and you need to replace the battery and there is no exchange system for battery , you can contact the local vendor or refer to the manufacture site.

if the battery behaves like you have explained you need to replace it outrightly.

never mind it would not cost much. It's about $35 in my country.

ya sure , u can do tat, it is possible,

using this software, u can take the backup of any harddisk and exactely restore it in another harddisk with the installed os,
usually, even for a capacity of 5 or 10gb, it just takes 10 to 15min, to complete the restore...

That meens that UPS dont have battery power for minimum time (2min). Unplug some devices so UPS load need to drop below 25% and lets UPS recharge battery

this is not from elevating transformer, fuse, batterys. the problem from charger card transitor is fail remove the transitor.
