turn the bluetooth on wait 10 seconds after the bluetooth has turned on. after it has turned on hold the (+) & (-) volume buttons at the same time for about 5 seconds. the light on the outside will then start to flash green and red, and it is ready to pair to your phone.
SOURCE: How do I connect my HBH-608 head set?
just turn on bluetooth in ur mobile and then turn on ur bluetooth headset by holding the power button for atleast 5 sec and if blinking green light show up it means that it is turned on,if it shows blinking red and green then it is ready to get paired with ur mobile phone so u can straight away connect the bluetooth by selecting handsfree and new device and in the list of divices select hbh608 and get it paired.if it shows a blinking green then hold the volume increase and decrease button at the same time for 5 sec and then the light turns blinking red and green and then u can go to handsfree and new device and select HBH608....its easy try doing that...it workss....
