My Control menu is Locked and keeps on showing on my monitor how to close is down

Hold down the select or menu button and press the power button keep holding down the select button until the menu appears this should unlock your osd :)

Replace its push buttons.i.e. buttons through which the menu & controls are selected.

press the menu button and keep pressed for 10 seconds or untill OSD unlocked message will appear . same procedure for the lock .

press the menu button and keep pressed untill the unlocked message will appear your problem wil be solved

I am not able to find the solution but I have got the very same problem with my HCL LCD monitor.

hold the menu button for 10-15 seconds.this shld unlock the menu. if the menu window still keeps popping up then u shld change either memory ic or power regulator..

This is the function that locks the OSD in order to keep the current states of
settings or prevent others from adjusting the current settings.

1. Lock : Hold down the menu button for more than five seconds to activate
the OSD adjustment lock function.

2. Unlock : Hold down the menu button for more than five seconds to
deactivate the OSD adjustment lock function.

Though the OSD adjustment lock function is activated, you can still
adjust the brightness and contrast, and adjust MagicBright ( )
using the Direct button.

Replace the small 78L05 regulator 5V supply to micro.
