From the very beginning you have to know that you are NOT THE ONLY ONE experiencing such problems...!
There are TWO WAYS to fix the problem:
#1. download and install [it's FREE and works GREAT!] the DEBUT software from
HERE. But before you will install DEBUT just un-install the ORBICAM software. Use the integrated Windows UNINSTALLER to take care of the job.
You will see that this DEBUT will perform a BETTER JOB than ACER ORBICAM software.
or
#2.
a. identify what kind of webcam device you have on your machine;
b. get the hardware id of the webcam [right-click on MY COMPUTER > HARDWARE > DEVICE MANAGER]
c. get the serial number of your machine/laptop
d. send all those information to the LSC [Local Support Centre]; they have to help you with a certain procedure to fix the error.
Choose one or another - it's up to you!
