Auto turn off and turn to loud speaker

I would take it to a store and have them update the firmware! if the phone is unlocked you might be able to do this your self. Sometimes Symbian which is the OS on your cell phone can have some problems.. i would take it to a cellphone dealer and have them upgrade it for you.. shouldnt cost more then 20 dollars.

Please use another good fully charge battery to test it, if it gives the same problem get the phone to a Nokia care center or get a trustworthy phone technician to check it for you
