What CPU are you using? Did you overclock it? What RAM? Have you changed anything in the Bios? Did you assemble the pc yourself? Check the temperature from the bios, it might be to high.

The mobo continuously beeps (ram not properly placed). so i took out the ram, reinstalled it and it worked. recently i wanted to change rams, so when i installed the new rams the mobo beeped again (similar...

I am not sure if you have tried this, but take one stick of ram put it in the first slot. Try to boot if it beeps or not, power down and move to the next slot with the same chip (we are assuming this is a good ram chip). Repeat for every slot on the computer. If you have 1 or 2 slots that beep and the rest do not; bad slot on the mother board. If all slots beep, try a different chip (bad ram??). If no slots beep, repeat steps with each individual ram chip (you could have just one or two bad and causing all the issues).

Hope this helps

I have problems with abit motherboard nf m2s purchased 12/06. Computer will shut down unexpectedly and have difficulty booting up without shutting down multiple times. The motherboard has at least 5...

unfortunately that is the problem. sooner or later it will just not boot up. If you are capable and want to get in to it, you can change the capacitors. if not look for a board. try ebay or pricewatch. they may still have one that would fit your processor. =)

Won't Recognize Monotor

There should be a jumper inside your computer that resets the bios, find that and reset the bios... if that doesn't work, try installing a video card - if it works, your onboard video is fried.
