hi friend, this problem occurred. bcoz, same numbers are saved two time in your phone book. so, delete those numbers. which has saved as unknown name in your phonebook. go and check it.

hi friend, this problem occurred becoz, you have saved same number two time in our phone. one is saved as person name other one saved as unknown name. so, please delete your unknown numbers. it will work properly.

Possibly you have no contacts save or stored on your phone. Pleas copy contacts from your sim by Go to Contacts. Press the Menu Button ( which acts like right-click ) Select Sim Phone Book. This will list out all the sim contacts.Click the menu button. Select Copy to all contacts After those steps try to ask someone to call you to see if the incoming calls are named.

Always happens. If there is no saved contact number there will show the number with 'Unknown' name. If you want to save the number with any name, then you might do that and after that if that number calls, it'll show the saved number.

Sometimes there are some incoming call that indicates only 'Unknown' with no number at all or '0000000000' that means callers have chose to hide ID or that is a VOIP call. Many operator permits to hide ID but not all.

1/set ur phone on his factory defaults

2/try to copy the contacts from ur SIM card to ur phone memory so it will be able to recongnize the numbers in his memory!!
