i bought it too, from korea. But it does not show the name of the number when i got a call, even i saved the phonenumber on my contact.

You can change your user manual, by using language tool

Go to the control panel > Region and Language > go through the tabs and change all setting to English (United States). Hit apply and ok.

Using XP, go to START, MY COMPUTER, REGIONAL AND LANGUAGE OPTIONS, set language there.

Enter Menu. Look for Systems Setting icon. Then follow menu order to change language back to English.
