Hi,
A motherboard from the era typically accepts standard DDR RAM. The best DDR RAM is DDR-400 and you will be able to get up to 1GB modules.
You will have to verify first off the max RAM configuration your BIOS will allow and determine available RAM slots before purchasing.
Check out Tigerdirect for their DDR offerings.
Hope this answers your question sufficiently
Cheers.
Because this is an old socket type, the best ram you could run would be 133MHZ DDR. This is dependent on your exact motherboard though, as it might not even support that speed. It is a pretty safe bet that it will though, and if not it will just run the ram slower to make it match. I'd recommend a new board and processor, though, and that one is VERY old now.

Can you tell us exactly what brand and model your motherboard is? You have listed the processor, but that does not tell us what type of ram can be installed into your motherboard
