The only known way to change your weight loss goal before your deadline is this:

If the game notices you are not keeping a good pace for a while, it'll ask you if you want to reset your goal. Select "Yes" and set your new goal.

Otherwise, you'll just have to wait until your due date

I think that after the goal date, you will be told that you passed that date and you can set a new goal. You might be able to change it in the options section too but I don't know.

It has been suggested to change the present date on the Machine to the goal date. Then after goal has ended change it back? I haven't tried this yet myself.

PLEASE tell me how to change the goal on the Wii Fit? It says that you can change your weight goal any time, but I pushed every button and read the manual and I can't find out how to do it.

The only way that I know how change your BMI goal is to wait until your goal time is over and change it when the balance board guy says that you can create a new goal.

Weight

There's no straightforward way, but thee are some workarounds, like changing the date to the deadline, etc.

The easiest workaround, I think, is to force your wii into thinking you've made the deadline early. I put in that I wanted to gain, instead of loose, 2 lbs, so I'm going to fake out the wee into thinking I've gained that 2 lbs already, by either holding something that weighs an additional 2 lbs or adjusting the clothing weight to compensate.

Once the wii registers that I've passed the goal and allows me to make a new goal, I'll re-do my body test with my regular weight. My faked weight will be erased, but my new goal will remain.
