There should be a diagram under your hood. Either on the hood itself or right by the latch where you would lean. There is normally a vacuum diagram and other info there as well.

If the pulley allows the belt to sit on the bottom of the groove that will be a yes
the correct pulley will be where the back of the belt sits just proud of the pulley edges

1995 eagle talon esi. How many belts are there on the 1995 talon? Need to replace all teh belts. Already got the timing belt.
Timing Belt
AC/PS Belt
Alternator Belt
Should be a total of 3, AC and PS are on one and the Alt. should be a separate one.

Runs to rich
i think it Needs a tune up.

A bad Fuel Pump can cause starting problems and so can a bad timing belt. How many miles are on the car? If it's more than 100,000...take a look at your timing belt. Is it worn? Chrysler recommends replacement at 60,000 but some last up to 100,000. Any longer than that is pushing it and asking for a problem. A bad fuel pump will not allow enough fuel to fire the engine.
