When I am on farmville , my trees and other bits are not loading. just circles.

You need to remember that Farmville is still in beta. If you are able to load Farmville then Flash is working properly on your computer. The problem isn't on your end, it's on Zynga's side. Give this a try... Open up Farmville in a completely different web browser, like Firefox or Google Chrome. If you're still having the same problem, then the issue is on Zynga's side and not yours.

If it works in one browser but not the other, come back to this page and post a response. I will be happy to assist you further. :)

Do what I did stop playing, however zinga is still taken money from my credit card, $90.00 every two weeks I can't find a credit card listed to me however my my Credit Card company says they have it hidden!

This is likely caused by an out dated plug in. You should try updating your flash player via adobe web site http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ If that doesn't work, you'll have to contact Zynga support via https://www.zyngaplayersupport.com/ click your game; then on right hand side there's a red "?Get Help" click on this then either mail them or use chat.

Not recieving my MYSTRY GIFTS..haven\'t recieve one of my Msytry Eggs I suposedly collected, not just on my farms but when I visit too..since around the middle of November..didn\'t strat writing it down till Decenber..that count is 21..then there is the Treasure Chest etc..on my Winter Farm I had one of those BIG Treasures 85 Pickaxes..finally got it & as it was changing the game froze up & says "there was an error we have to refresh" & when it came back on I had NO PRIZE & IT STARED THE COUNT ALL OVER!!..then today on Hawaii I just finished one of the big guys & got an Tail Spin Dolphin..imediatly the game froze up & said there was an error we have to refresh!! This time when it came back there was NO DOLPHIN OR TREASURE CHEST!! also sometimes my Farm Cash disapears without my spending it..I\'ll be saving up for a peticular item & next thing I know it\'s all gone or part of it is gone!!

It ask for 5 goats and I feed 5 mean more and never get one to finish the quest what more can I do, I ask friends and don't even get one, but i get gifts. Marlene
