you have an obstruction either a piece of paper between the rolllers or the secondary feed rollers are not turning.... open the machine and follow the feed path ...take a piece of paper and manually feed the paper with the machine in the off position look at the feed rollers then the secondary rollers( usually two small rods with rubber sleeves kissing each other ...if you can look at the sides on the machine( inside the cover) see if the gears ( usually white ) can turn or mesh correctly... if you do not see any obstruction then these rollers are not turning when they are supposed to when you press the print button. 90 percent of these problems are paper jams if no jam something is not activating the feed rollers
please to see the claws. they are 5 claws which pluged on exit unit. if you open the cover exit you will see them. the shape like as a tigers claw. but more like as triangle. they are move by spring, you try to moving. what are they work well? problem usually cause - the spring was loose or (you can plug or replace the spring) - the claws have broken or (you replace a new) - the claws dirty by crust toner. (you can clean up by your finger or your claw) good luck.
Clean the paper feed tray
and adjust the tray
Clean the paper feed tray with damp cl;oth
reset the printer to factory default settings if still does not work
....Go thru the manuals how take printer back to factory default settings
I would suggest opening the printer up and taking a good look inside to see if there is any kind of obstruction. Jus a tiny piece of torn paper is enough to cause the whole feed system to jam up. Another thing to look for it that if the paper it getting pulled in straight. If it goes crooked on its way in, your paper feed itself might be the root cause.
Your Fuser just went , Call you Canon independent or Authrized dealer, he will need to go into the simulation to reset this error. Usually E000 is either a fuser or fuser web error. I'll need to look this up in the service manual. most likely you'll need a quailify technician to reset this error code.
Put the film in after it is powered up. The unit needs to run through a power-up and calibrate cycle first. Once powered up, the until will feed the film in once it reaches a certain point into the machine.
The unit is supposed to kick the film back out when you close down the scanning software. If your film ever gets stuck try this to get it out. DO NOT force the SA-21 out of the machine with film stuck in it.
Open up the top and look into the cartridge/paper print area. Look in the corners, Sometimes little pieces of paper can still be stuck there. Once you are convinced that the paper and cartridge path is clear then...
Pull out the paper tray. Look inside the opening. If there is paper there then pull it out.
Take all of the paper out of the paper tray.
Turn it over (paper on top is now on the bottom of the tray)
Take out the paper tray- and examine- the paper pickup on the jamming side.
Do the same internally looking at the paper feed track.
If you can get a vacuum nozzle and have a good suck out.
It is all most certainly paper debris in the feed .
