You probably have an issue with the heating element. You need to make sure it is getting correct power and make sure it is not damaged. You can test the wire with a voltage meter.

Can you change the temp of the water coming in the dishwasher? Other than the temp from the hot water line. The temp to the sink is very hot but when you open the dish washer the water just seems very...

THE WATER LINE TO THE DISHWASHER SHOULD BE FROM SAME HOT WATER LINE TO THE SINK. RUN THE HOT WATER IN THE SINK UNTIL HOT THEN TURN ON DISK WASHER AND CHECK THAT THE TEMP IS CLOSE TO SAME TEMP. HAVE SEEN COLD WATER LINE USED. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE WHICH LINE THAT THE WATER LINE TO DISHWASHER IS CONNECTED.

GE super capacity heavy duty washing not filling w/hot water

On an older model washer, you probably have a bad water valve. (hot water solenoid coil electrically " open ") Newer models, now there's a can of worms. Some models use thermistatically controled water valves to limit water temps, so you may not be able to get true hot water. Also, if you are checking the temp as the machine fills, some models will only fill with cold if the lid is open. (safety feature) The only way to see what is really going on is to fill the machine with cold and use a thermometer to check the water temp, then, pump that out and fill (with the lid closed) with hot and check to see if that temp is higher. As stated previously, water temp may not really be " HOT " but may be warmer than " COLD ". That may be as good as you will be able to do, as all manufacturers are trying to reduce energy consumption. Thank your government.

Whirlpool washing machine...only uses hot water

Make sure the hoses are connected correctly to the water valve on the machine. The connections will be marked with an "H" and a "C".

Given they are correct, most current washing machines have and auto temp feature on the water fill. It allows even cold water settings to bring in some hot water to make sure the water temp is hot enough to efficiently disolve your laundry detergant. The preset temps are usually around 75* for cold, and 105* for warm. Hot water comes in at whatever temp your household water temp is.

Temp. too hot .Where can i find the temp. control? thanks

There isn't a temp control on water entering a household dishwasher. The water temp is controled by the actual water heater at the residence. Is is hooked to the hot water side of your nearest sink. Good Luck

Pulsating water in the hot water cycle

id be curious as to the age of this machine, because the newer models have what teh call adaptive water temp sensors that will optimize the water temp automatically.. your hot water may be "too hot" and your cold can be "too cold" and the valve corrects to a preset temp. this sounds like whats happening

Washer is a top load set it hot water and starts with hot and then will go cold willnot stay on hot G E Profile ,model wwa8350g

most new washers sense water temp and will try to adj final tub water temp by alternately running cold or hot as needed ..most hot settings are not faucet temp but a predetermined temp so if your hot water is 140 degrees coming in the control will switch the cold on to bring final tub water temp down to preset ..which could be as low as 100 degrees the industry's way of energy conservation

Maytag Front Load Intellisense 6.5kg

washer may not be detecting water temp but water flow ..if you never use hot water may try hooking cold water to a Y-connector and then hooking to both hot and cold inlet valves ..however it is also possible washer is detecting inlet temps in which case you're out of luck ..i suspect the latter
