When I use the reusable filter, I get coffee grounds in my cup. This was not happening in the beginning. I have been using the same filter about six months every day. Is there a solution?

If you're asking about Keurig charcoal water filters, here's a link for that on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Charcoal-Water-Filters-Replaces-Keurig/dp/B00HL2ZR2Q/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1417372516&sr=8-6&keywords=keurig+filter
If the coffee grounds are overflowing, you can try using less if a reusable mesh filter is in place. If it's just a disposable K-cup you're using, the recommendation is to use each one only once to prevent this. Keurig
You have 3 selections, thus use #1 or #2 for a stronger brew. Naturally the water levels will differ. Get a Reusable Kcup device and pack your own coffee for better results. Get fine ground coffee or grind your own, and then pack the Kcup reusable with your grinds. A fast hot water flow is excellent.
Just clean as per the directions in the manual. Get a reusable cup with a rubber seal around the lid and do not fill to the top, leave room for the top to close and seal.
I googled this problem for 3 days. I was reluctant to try anything that would screw up my machine, as I have been very happy with it, except for the re-usable filter performance.
I wiggled the o-ring washer around top sharp thingie by maybe 1/8 inch and that fixed it. K-cups are running normal as well.
Sorry to read about your problem, I hope this helps you out.
No problem, you will goto the maker, and open the latch, as if you are going to put in a k-cup.. Well that little brown holder, comes out..use 2 fingers and try to snap it out...when you get it out. put in the reusable filter..and you are done
I tried to help you. Please help me and Rate/Vote on my response, thanks and good luck
If you are talking about the K-cup holder that punches the bottom of the k-cups, they usually are not for sale, and you can only find them on ersale sites like Ebay.etc...
you could also go buy a "Keurig My K-Cup Reusable Coffee Filter"
and just use the main grey plastic filter holder... but you will have to puncture the bottom of the k-cups yourself before dropping them into the holder...
You wont need the filter basket or the lid if your using k-cups... just the filter holder...
This may be one of two issues:
1. The pump is malfunctioning which can cause the internal reservior to not completely fill which causes issues during brewing. My unit dribbled random amounts of water instead of brewing for about a week before the pump died completely.
2. The puncture seal isn't in the right position. Open the Keurig fully so you can see the sharp puncture pin. Very Carefully push the black rubber gasket around it all the way up. Then pull it back down about 1/16". Brew a cup, if the problem continues, try sliding the gasket further down by increments of 1/32".
