Instal drivers

You should find a support or download drivers link. under that section select the dive by model and model number. you will then have to select which operating system you are using eg. windows xp home or pro, vista, windows 7x. note that you also have to check if you are downloading drivers for the 32bit system or the 64bit.

Error 1720 comes while installing a driver

here's a little information that I'll need regarding this issue. 1. What operating system (XP, Vista, Windows 7, Linux, Debian, Unix, Ubuntu, etc.) 2. What version of the operating system (Windows XP Service Pack 2 Pro Corporate edition 32Bit or 64 bit, etc.) 3. What driver you're trying to install 4. The filename of and a link to that driver. 5. ATI Rage 128 Pro Ultra GL AGP driver

Go at this link and at the top right of the screen choose for "component category" desktop graphics, for :Product line" Rage series, for "Product model" Rage 128 Pro and for "Operating system" your own op. system (Windows XP e.t.c.) For this specific VGA card the availability stops at WIndows XP/32bit because it's a very old product.

Lexmark X73 printer printer driver for Windows

Hello, I believe the printer works
with Windows XP and Windows 2000
only but there is no available
driver for Windows Vista. I
visited the Lexmark website to
verify it. Just click on this link if you want to check it out for yourself. http://bit.ly/cQqZbz . Click on the dropdown for Microsoft at the bottom of the page. You'll only see drivers for Windows XP and Windows 2000 only. I hope that would explain why it won't work with your Vista.

Installed Xp pro on Compaq F750US and everything works except mic

When you go to hp.com, you need to ensure that you are downloading the driver for the appropriate operating system. You have to indicate whether you have the 32bit or 64bit version. It matters very much.

I bought a new computer with Windows Vista. I have a Lexmark x73 printer that was used with my old computer with Windows XP. I bought a USB port and my printer still doesn't work. I need help with this.

Not finding a Vista driver to be available from Lexmark x73. They only show the XP driver. You can get this driver free here: http://download.cnet.com/Lexmark-X73/3000-2116_4-22576.html?tag=mncol

One, try installing printer without the XP driver. Lexmark may have provided a quailifying driver with Vista hardware setup wizard. If it does not work or wizard cannot locate a driver, try the XP driver.

Beyond this, you may have to talk to tech support at Lexmark or repost here for another expert.

I can't get my printer to work at all.

here is the lexmark printer x73 driver 1.0.17.2

first go to control panel > system > device manager and find the printer device. double click it then uninstall whatever device is being used. then run the new driver in the download.
you can download and unpack the downloaded file, and then go back to the control panel and let the device manager 'find' the driver, or you can install it manually. (the downloaded driver may come in an .exe form which should install from there)

if all you're seeing is this warning at the point of installing a Lexmark driver on Windows XP, this is considered normal. The compatibility warning occurs with many devices that will still install on XP... I've found no reason that proceeding with the installation of the X73 has any harmful effect on Windows XP.

If you have lost/misplaced the installation disk, you can download the drivers and software from the Lexmark X73 support website by clicking this link

On the page which opens, click the "Driver for Microsoft Windows XP" link to open the download window. Then click the 'Download' button to start the download process.
