You can download the drivers from Dell WEB site, thesupport download page. Make sure you select your model desktop or laptop,better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on thebottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop. (If the Service Taglabel is missing then go into the BIOS setting and on one of the BIOS pages,the Service Tag number will be displayed). This will open the page where thespecific drivers for your model computer are located. Also make sure you selectthe Windows version of the drivers you need.

Hello,

You have to install the driver first. Go to support.dell.com and enter the model of your computer. You should also enter the operating system that you are running. Look for the drivers and download page. You should find the webcam driver from there.

How to start webcam
Hi there!
Make sure you have the dell webcam central application installed,
You can download it in the support.dell.com website just enter your service tag.
Install it then it should be in the program list when you hit the start up.

I have a Dell Studio 1737. I have install IDT 92HD73C1 v6.10 2009-02-17, Dell packed R204591.exe.
In the Control panel Sound, tab Voice, Mic device click button "Volumen" (spanish version) and select Internal Mic insted of Mic.
