Question about Philips SA5125/37 MP3 Player
I just bought a refurbished Phillips Go Gear SA51XX mp3/video player and It won't connect to my computer. It works on the computers at my workplace, and at my friends place. But it won't connect to either of my computers. I have to AMD desktops, and the first time i connected it; it said looking for drivers and then it said couldn't install the drivers, now it doesnt connect at all. I can't charge the MP3 player or put any songs on it.
Can anyone help me out. I tried to holding the "volume +" button thing already but it still couldn;t find the driver
I have the CD that came with it and i installed the software but nothing happened.
If the volume + method didn't work, then there is some feature about your PC config that is not going to work with this player. you can try the FAQ method on Philips website for when the PC is not recognizing the player, but I've never seen a case where it was successful.
