Why the chating in my facebook not functioning and always say no avaiable to chating even my friends is online?

If your internet connection goes through a proxy server that is blocking IRC chats and similar protocols such as these implemented by facebook, you may be out of luck. Try using a website to bypass the proxy, if any.I recommend that you use:http://www.openet.info/ Secondly, ensure that active scripting is enabled on Internet Explorer. To do this, go to control panel, internet options and in the internet options window, click the security tab and click "Reset to default". This will reset the internet explorer security settings to default and will correct any configuration issues you may be having.
