The glass turntable has for my DAEWOO KOR-1B4H has never properly fit on the turning gear and continually falls off the track. Was this a common problem with the model, or did somebody just put the wrong tray in MY box? Where can I get the correct tray?

Hi and welcome to FixYa I am Kelly. You either have the wrong glass tray or one of the wheels on the lower caster / spinner is stuck. I think you have the wrong tray. Daewoo uses several different sizes of glass trays. See this link for examples: (and they are too small!)

Note the 10" (254 mm) / 11 3/4" (279 mm) / 12 3/4" (323 mm) sizes and the difference of the caster guides on the bottom of the plates.

I have been trying since 1 minute after you posted just to cross the KOR-1B4H number to a parts reference without success.

Honestly I would probably use the email link on the page and ask what the size was of the tray and then SHOP SOME WHERE ELSE!

Interior Dimensions: 14-1/2 in. W x 9-7/10 in. H x 15-1/2 in. D

I searched ebay and came up with this link: http://shop.ebay.com/sis.html?_kw=Daewoo+KOR1NOA+Carousel+Microwave+Turntable+Tray-Glass I think your turn table will be the 2nd one on the list. 14 1/4" That only leaves 1/8" clearance on each side of your unit. The last 2 on the page may be a better match at 13.5 inches leaving 1/2 in. clearance on each side of the turntable.
